How To Make Sweet Potato Mash

- 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a large pot, add the sweet potatoes and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, about 15 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, milk, salt, and black pepper.
