How To Make Peppery Sausages with Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients
- 4 pork sausages
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the sausages on a baking tray and cook in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, place the diced sweet potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

Drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the saucepan. Add the butter, milk, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, and salt. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the oven and slice into bite-sized pieces.

Serve the sliced sausages over the sweet potato mash. Enjoy!
