How To Make Arugula and Bacon Salad

This salad combines the peppery taste of arugula with the smokiness of bacon for a delicious and healthy dish.

  • 4 cups of arugula
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy, then remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Once cool, crumble bacon.

  2. In a large bowl, add arugula, bacon, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, and almond slices. Toss to combine.

  3. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
