How To Make Pear and Bacon Salad

This refreshing salad is the perfect combination of sweet and salty, with tender pears and crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 strips of bacon, cut into pieces
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 6 cups of mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup of toasted walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.

  2. On a large plate or in a bowl, arrange mixed greens.

  3. Add sliced pears, toasted walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, and crispy bacon on top of the greens.

  4. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss to coat.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
