How To Make Pear and Bacon Salad
This refreshing salad is the perfect combination of sweet and salty, with tender pears and crispy bacon.

Ingredients
- 8 strips of bacon, cut into pieces
- 2 pears, sliced
- 6 cups of mixed greens
- 1/4 cup of toasted walnuts
- 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions

Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.

On a large plate or in a bowl, arrange mixed greens.
