- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

Add bell peppers and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in water chestnuts, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
