Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of baby turnips, sliced
  • 2 cups of radishes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup of chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sliced turnips and radishes.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.

  3. Add dressing to the turnips and radishes mixture.

  4. Toss in chopped parsley and chopped almonds.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
