- 4 medium turnips, peeled and diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs of thyme, leaves picked
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a bowl, toss the diced turnips with minced garlic, thyme leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
