Ingredients

  • 4 medium turnips, peeled and diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs of thyme, leaves picked
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. In a bowl, toss the diced turnips with minced garlic, thyme leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the turnips evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
