How To Make Turnip and Bacon Hash Recipe
A hearty and flavorful breakfast hash made with turnips, crispy bacon, and aromatics.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 large turnip, peeled and diced into small pieces
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced turnip, onion, and green bell pepper. Cook over medium-high heat until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

Add the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the garlic is fragrant.

Stir in the cooked bacon and chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
