Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized turnips, peeled and shredded
  • 1 large apple, cored and shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Add the shredded turnips and apple to the bowl and toss until coated with the dressing.

  3. Add the chopped parsley and chopped walnuts to the bowl and toss again.

  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
