How To Make Turnip and Goat Cheese Tart

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 small turnip, peeled and sliced thinly
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch tart pan.
