  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 small turnip, peeled and sliced thinly

  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch tart pan.

  3. Arrange the turnip slices and crumbled goat cheese evenly on top of the crust.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the turnip and goat cheese.
