How To Make Turnip and Potato Gratin Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium turnips, peeled and sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Layer the sliced potatoes and turnips in a buttered 9×9 inch baking dish.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and minced garlic until just simmering.

Pour the cream mixture over the potato and turnip layers.
