Ingredients

  • 3 medium turnips, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine turnips, chickpeas, and red onions.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  4. Fold in the fresh herbs.
