  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, sliced, for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

  3. Add Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until well coated in the sauce mixture.

  4. Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and browned around the edges.

  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
