- 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with melted coconut oil, sea salt, and black pepper.

Spread the brussels sprouts in an even layer on a baking sheet.

Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown.
