Ingredients
- 1 large swede, peeled and grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the grated swede, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the beaten eggs and flour to the swede mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Take spoonfuls of the swede mixture and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Flatten them slightly with the back of the spoon.

Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fritters from the pan and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve the spiced swede fritters hot as a snack or appetizer.
