How To Make Beef and Radish Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 3 cups radish, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef strips in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the sliced radish, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add the cooled beef strips to the bowl with the salad ingredients and toss with the dressing.

  5. Serve immediately.
