How To Make Warm Halloumi with Radish, Apple & Pecan Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz halloumi cheese, cut into slices
- 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

In a large bowl, combine radishes, apple slices, and pecans.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Grill the halloumi cheese slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove the halloumi from the grill and slice into bite-sized pieces.
