  • 500g pumpkin, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper together.

  2. Dip the pumpkin slices into the beaten eggs, then coat them with the flour mixture.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Fry the pumpkin slices in batches until they turn golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Remove the fried pumpkin slices from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
