  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and remove any tough stems.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Add the spinach leaves to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until wilted.

  5. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Remove from heat and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
