How To Make Crab Croquettes with Sriracha Mayo Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- sriracha mayo dip:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.

Shape the mixture into small croquettes using your hands. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the croquettes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

To make the Sriracha Mayo Dip, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl until well combined.

Serve the crab croquettes hot with the Sriracha Mayo Dip on the side.
