Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add beef slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Add broccoli florets and cashews to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.

Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Stir-fry for another minute until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
