  • 500g pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200g mangetout
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, chilli flakes, and minced garlic.

  2. Add pork slices to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat and add marinated pork. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.

  4. Add mangetout to the pan and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
