How To Make Lemon & Chilli Sesame Pork with Mangetout

Ingredients
- 500g pork loin, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200g mangetout
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, chilli flakes, and minced garlic.

Add pork slices to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat and add marinated pork. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.

Add mangetout to the pan and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
