How To Make Crab & Ginger Tart with Chilli Dressing

Ingredients
- 250g crabmeat
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp spring onions, finely chopped
- 150g puff pastry
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Chilli Dressing:
- 2 red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix together the crabmeat, grated ginger, spring onions, salt, and pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry and line a tart tin with it. Trim off any excess pastry.

Spoon the crab mixture onto the pastry, spreading it evenly.

Pour the beaten eggs over the crab mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tart is golden and set.

Meanwhile, prepare the chilli dressing by combining the chopped chillies, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Mix well.

Once the tart is cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Serve the tart warm with a drizzle of the chilli dressing.
