How To Make Sesame Pork Meatballs with Chilli Noodle Broth

Ingredients
- 500g ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 200g dried rice noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for coating

In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, then roll them in sesame seeds to coat.

Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a separate pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Add the cooked meatballs, sliced chili, and green onions. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Divide the cooked rice noodles into serving bowls. Ladle the hot broth with meatballs over the noodles.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and additional sliced chili, if desired.
