How To Make Sesame & Chilli Pancakes with Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, sesame oil, chilli powder, milk, and egg until well combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a circle.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the pancake and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.

In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the tzatziki dip.

Serve the sesame and chilli pancakes with the tzatziki dip on the side.
