Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula.

Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, until vegetables start to soften.
