Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 2 tablespoons black bean sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Rinse the sea bass fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Place the sea bass fillets on a heatproof plate.

In a small bowl, mix together the black bean sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Pour the sauce over the sea bass fillets, making sure they are evenly coated.

Fill a wok or a large pot with water and place a steaming rack inside. Bring the water to a boil.

Carefully place the plate with the sea bass fillets on the steaming rack. Cover with a lid and steam for about 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove the plate from the steamer and sprinkle with green onions and cilantro.
