- 2tbspolive oil
- 1tbspunsalted butter
- 1onion,finely chopped
- 4garlic cloves,finely chopped
- 2lbsmussels,1kg, cleaned
- 1cupdry white wine
- ½cupheavy cream
- ¼cupbutter,unsalted, cut into pieces
- ¼cupparsley,fresh chopped
- salt,to season
- black pepper,cracked, to season
- 1tbsplemon juice,fresh squeezed
