Ingredients
- 4 beef steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 tsp salt

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup goat’s cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
-
Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
-
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
-
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
-
Reduce the heat to low and add the goat’s cheese and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
-
Return the steaks to the skillet, coating them with the goat’s cheese sauce.
-
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is heated through and the steaks are warmed.
-
Remove the steaks from the skillet and transfer to serving plates. Spoon the goat’s cheese sauce over the steaks, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
