How To Make Steak Fingers

Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, cut into finger-sized strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each steak strip into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the steak fingers in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
