How To Make Steak And Shake Chicken Fingers Recipe

Crispy and juicy chicken fingers that are perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. In a separate shallow bowl, beat the eggs.

  3. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.

  4. Dip the chicken strips into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and then coat with the panko breadcrumbs.

  5. Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  6. Fry the chicken strips in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
