How To Make Steak And Shake Chicken Fingers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate shallow bowl, beat the eggs.

Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.

Dip the chicken strips into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and then coat with the panko breadcrumbs.

Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the chicken strips in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
