  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper


  1. In a small bowl, combine all the dry rub ingredients – paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

  3. Rub the dry rub seasoning all over your steaks, covering them completely.

  4. Let the seasoned steaks sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.

  5. Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.

  6. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your desired doneness.
