How To Make Rotisserie Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (about 4 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions

Preheat your rotisserie grill according to manufacturer’s instructions.

In a small bowl, mix together salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to make the seasoning rub.

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Brush the chicken with olive oil and then sprinkle the seasoning rub evenly all over the chicken.

Place the chicken on the rotisserie skewer and secure tightly.

Place the chicken on the preheated rotisserie grill and cook for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
