How To Make Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 sirloin steaks
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the sirloin steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

  3. Place the steaks in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.

  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a cutting board.

  5. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  6. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

  7. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the chopped parsley.

  8. Slice the steaks and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
