Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of almond butter
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of dried fruits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, mashed bananas, honey, almond butter, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruits, if desired.

  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and smooth the top.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

  6. Allow the bars to cool before cutting into squares.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
