- 2 lbs spare ribs
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.

Rub the spice mixture all over the spare ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the spare ribs to the skillet and sear them on each side until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
