Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb chops
  • 2 cups peas
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and dried oregano.

  3. In a small bowl, toss the peas with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

  5. While the lamb is grilling, cook the peas in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain.

  6. In a serving dish, combine the cooked peas, chopped fresh mint, and crumbled feta cheese.

  7. Once the lamb chops are done, arrange them on top of the pea mixture.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
