- 1tbspolive oil
- ½onion,finely chopped
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
- 43.5oztomatoes,(3 cans) diced
- 14½ozfat-free chicken broth,(1 can)
- 1tbspdried basil
- 1tbspdried oregano
- ¼tspcayenne pepper
- salt and ground black pepper,to taste
- 5ozgorgonzola cheese,crumbled
- 1cuporzo,cooked
- â…“cupsour cream
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.

Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, basil, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes.

Transfer mixture carefully to a blender in batches and puree. Return to the pot, then stir in Gorgonzola cheese, orzo, and sour cream.

Continue to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until heated through.
