How To Make Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease.

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the glaze evenly over each fillet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
