How To Make Dr Pepper Glazed Salmon Recipe
Tender salmon fillets with a sweet and tangy glaze made with Dr Pepper soda.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup Dr Pepper soda
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place on the lined baking sheet.

In a small saucepan, combine Dr Pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water until well combined. Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and stir until the sauce thickens.

Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve with additional glaze and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
