How To Make Salmon Patties II

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, flake the salmon using a fork.

Add breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, parsley, green onions, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Shape the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
