  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, flake the salmon using a fork.

  2. Add breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, parsley, green onions, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

  3. Shape the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or on a bun as a salmon burger.
