Delicious and easy to make salmon patties using pantry staple canned salmon.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cans of salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onions, parsley, egg, dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until everything is combined.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the salmon patties to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
