Ingredients

  • 2 cans of salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onions, parsley, egg, dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix well until everything is combined.

  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties.

  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  5. Add the salmon patties to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
