  • 15 oz canned salmon, drained
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine canned salmon, onion, red pepper, dill, garlic powder, salt, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.

  2. Form mixture into 8 patties.

  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
