These fried salmon burgers will leave you asking for more with their crispy salmon patties and zesty lemon basil mayo that’s served in 35 minutes.

  • 2lbssalmon,finely diced
  • 1small yellow onion,finely diced
  • ¾cuppanko bread crumbs
  • 1green bell pepper,finely diced
  • 3clovesgarlic,minced
  • 1egg,beaten
  • 1tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tsplemon juice
  • ½tspsalt
  • 1cupmayonnaise

For Lemon Basil Sauce:

  • 2clovesfresh garlic,minced
  • 1tspbasil,dried
  • 1tsplemon juice
  • 1tspdijon mustard
  • ½tsplemon pepper


  1. Combine salmon, onion, bread crumbs, green bell pepper, garlic, egg, soy sauce, lemon juice, and salt in a large bowl; mix until evenly blended. Shape salmon mixture into 8 patties.

  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon patties for 4 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown.

Lemon Basil Sauce:

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, garlic, basil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and lemon pepper in a bowl until well mixed.

  2. Serve mayonnaise mixture with salmon patties, toppings, and buns. Enjoy!
