  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beaten eggs. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1/4 cup each.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
