How To Make Salmon Patties with Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a food processor, pulse the salmon until finely chopped.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, dill, garlic, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve the salmon patties with the dill sauce.
