Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the salmon until finely chopped.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, dill, garlic, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Serve the salmon patties with the dill sauce.
