
How To Make Salmon Patties
You might want to try these salmon patties. It has a naturally briny taste mixed with herbs and spices for a well-rounded, flavorful dish. It’s easy, too!

Ingredients
- 2tbspbutter
- ½cuponion,finely diced
- 6ozsalmon
- 1cupbreadcrumbs,divided
- 1tspold bay seasoning
- 2eggs
- 1lemon,juiced and zested
- 2tbspfresh dill,chopped
- 2tbspparsley,chopped
- 2tbspolive oil
Instructions

Melt butter in a pan and cook onion until softened for about 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside and cool.

In a bowl, combine drained salmon, ½ cup breadcrumbs, old bay seasoning, eggs, lemon, dill, and parsley. Add cooked onions and mix.

Refrigerate mixture 15 minutes. Remove from fridge and form salmon mixture into patties.

Place remaining ½ cup breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Dip the salmon patties into the breadcrumbs and gently press. Place in a refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

Preheat skillet or cast iron pan over medium heat. Add olive oil to pan and cook salmon patties until golden.

Serve with tartar sauce and additional herbs.
