Ingredients
- 4 red snapper fillets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Season the red snapper fillets with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Place the seasoned red snapper fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Squeeze the lemon juice over the cooked fish.
