How To Make Crab Cakes Made Easy
Ingredients
- 1 tub crab meat, backfin
- 2 saltine crackers
- 1 egg
- parsley flakes
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- salt and pepper, to taste
- corn oil
Instructions

Pick tub of crabmeat to remove shells. Mix egg, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in bowl.

Crumble the 2 saltine crackers thoroughly and combine in mixture. Sprinkle parsley flakes through mixture. Make sure mixture is combined thoroughly.

Form into crabcakes by making patties of mixture in your hands. Cover bottom of skillet with corn oil.

Cook on medium high heat. After oil is heated, cook crabcakes until golden brown and drain crabcakes on paper towels.
