How To Make Arnaud’s Crab Cakes Recipe
Classic crab cakes made with fresh lump crab meat and seasoned with Old Bay.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, and chopped scallions.

Gently fold in lump crab meat and mix until well combined.

Form mixture into 8 evenly sized crab cakes.

Heat unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, cook crab cakes until golden brown and heated through, about 3 minutes per side.

Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
